Treating Teens and Adults:
Using evidenced-based modalities, individual therapy is customized to the client to help manage distressing symptoms, process trauma and add tools in your tool belt to navigate difficult experiences.
Relationships can be tough. There is no guide book that we get when navigating each developmental stage with our partner. Couples therapy is a great place to help clients reconnect, and work through resolving obstacles in their relationship in order to create a more fulfilling and balanced life together.
Our family unit is unique because it is compiled of culture, shared values and various experiences. Systemic therapy is important, as we want to create an environment that allows the influences on one another to be supportive. At times, we may get stuck in negative cycles or generational patterns that no longer serve our unit. All of our voices matter. We use this space to work through improving communication patterns, create shared meaning, enhance relationships, psychoeducate what development looks like and improve family resilience.
LCASA and LCMHA Supervision
We see supervision as a collaborative process and is a safe place to share our love for this work together. Our goal is to guide supervisees in enhancing their skills, building on their strengths, while developing their own voice. We offer supervision for both LCAS-A and LCMHA's in our practice currently.
