EMDR Therapy

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps people heal from trauma by reducing the emotional intensity of distressing memories. During EMDR, the therapist guides the client to recall traumatic experiences while using bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to help the brain reprocess the memory. This process allows the memory to be integrated in a healthier way, decreasing symptoms like anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional reactivity, and helping clients feel calmer and more in control.
Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy
Using Ketamine, we will explore the unprocessed information necessary to make changes to move you from the feeling of stuckness. This is a concierge service, not covered by insurance and involving work with our medical provider to assure safety before treatment.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of multiple “parts,” each with its own emotions and roles, alongside a core “Self” that is calm and compassionate. In trauma work, IFS helps clients identify and understand their protective and wounded parts, allowing them to heal past trauma by unburdening these parts, reducing inner conflict, and fostering self-compassion and emotional balance.
Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that helps clients access and process deep emotional experiences by identifying “brainspots” specific eye positions linked to unresolved trauma in the brain. The therapist guides the client to focus on these spots while tracking bodily sensations, facilitating emotional processing and release.
