Renee Marcoux • MA, LMFT

Since I was young, I have enjoyed working in my community and not for the purpose of giving back, but for the connectedness and lessons it provided me about myself. It taught me that we are all doing the best we can, with the hand we are dealt, and that hand changes over the course of our life. We are ever changing! This means: our relationships, goals, thoughts, experiences are constantly shaping us to who we are today.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you build tools to connect more deeply with yourself and others so you can move through life with confidence and presence.

I work with individuals, couples, and specialize in working with first responders, folks navigating trauma/identity and those that want to better understand or strengthen their relationships. Each journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to your needs and story.

My work is trauma-informed and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), The Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to create a compassionate and effective therapy experience.
