As a therapist, my goal is to help people live authentic and happy lives. It is easy to get caught up in the day to day responsibilities and forget to prioritize our own health and happiness. I strive to provide a space where people feel safe to work on their goals and gain self awareness.
I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I enjoy working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, as well as relationship concerns. Therapy is a great place for healing, self exploration, and learning skills to improve your overall well being.
