Mary Kay Luff • MSW, LCSW, LCAS

Many of us believe that reaching out for help is a sign of weakness.  What if we saw it instead as one of our greatest strengths.  It can become a path for letting go  of what no longer serves you and open the door to begin the process of discovering what does.  Life delivers the unexpected and we don't always intrinsically know how to manage this.

You do not have to navigate challenges alone and I  would be honored to be present in your journey to greater mental health and well-being.   My specialties include substance use disorders, anxiety and depression, life transitions, work-life balance, relationship repair, grief and loss, separation/divorce, emotional regulation, parent-child dyads, boundary setting and living with chronic illness.  I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and holistic approach and actively listen to support your needs, guide you to meet your goals and help boost your resilience.

I use integrative methods in my practice to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. In addition, I believe in the power and benefits of Mindfulness practices.  Currently I work with all ages 16 and up and have both in person and virtual appointments available.
