Jenn Cardona MSW, LCSWA
Life can bring seasons of uncertainty, overwhelm, loss, and change—and you don't have to navigate them alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, knowing you'll be met with compassion, understanding, and genuine support.
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. I work with adults ages 18–65, providing a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, adjusting to parenthood, and perinatal mental health. Whether you are adjusting to a new stage of life, coping with emotional difficulties, processing loss, or seeking to strengthen your relationships, I strive to meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.
I believe that healing occurs through genuine connection, self-awareness, and practical tools that support lasting growth. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and centered on creating a safe environment where clients can explore challenges and build on their strengths.
For clients who desire it, I am also able to incorporate a Christian perspective into the therapeutic process, integrating faith and clinical practice in a way that aligns with your values and beliefs.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
