Cole Bryant MA, LCMHCA, NCC
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate (LCMHCA) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. With a focus on, but not all, depression, anxiety, transitions, grief/loss, separation/divorce, anger, self- esteem deficits/low confidence, social skills, adjustment disorders with kids 11 and up, as well as men’s issues, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counseling services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

I bring a diverse range of expertise to my practice, drawing from my training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Brief (SBT), and a person-centered approach. By combining evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of each individual’s strengths and challenges, I empower my clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

In addition to my specialization in depression, anxiety, and men’s issues, I am Gottman Level 1 certified for marital counseling, couples/partners counseling and SYMBIS certified for premarital counseling. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of a romantic relationship or seeking guidance as you prepare for marriage, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

I have a particular passion for working with families, adolescents, and adults, and I believe in the importance of fostering strong connections and healthy communication within relationships. While working with me, we together will assess your concerns, work on developing goals, increase emotional awareness and management, find meaning in your life and work toward change. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, and I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically. Additionally, as my undergraduate studies focused on ministry and vast experience working and serving within the church, I have a deep understanding of incorporating a Christian worldview if this is important to you, as I understand the realities and complexities of navigating one’s faith journey.

Outside of my clinical work, I have a love for sports and music and enjoy connecting with my younger clients through this medium. Whether it’s discussing the mental aspects of competition or using sports as a metaphor for life’s challenges, I believe in the power of finding common ground to foster meaningful connections and promote growth.
I believe that we all have the capability to heal.
