Christine Bartel MA, LCMHCA, NCC
Christine is passionate about walking alongside women and moms as they navigate the many layers of life—from anxiety, depression, burnout to identity shifts, hormonal changes, and the mental load of motherhood. She provides support through pregnancy, postpartum, early loss, parenting neurodivergent children, and finding balance in relationships and roles.
She is also passionate about working with women who have ADHD and is currently working on becoming an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider to better support her clients. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic—blending person-centered therapy, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and attachment theory.
Christine believes in addressing the whole person—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually—and works with each client to create a personalized plan that honors their unique story and goals. She offers Christian-based counseling as requested.
