Chloe Solek MA, LMFT
I know how difficult it can be to ask for help, but you have ran out of options and what has worked before is no longer working. If you're wondering if therapy could benefit you, you could ask yourself, "Why do people seek therapy?"
Whether you’re an individual, or family with children experiencing a difficult life event/transition that has caused you to feel stuck, therapy can help you discover the choices you truly want to make, even when you’re faced with challenging decisions. No matter the circumstance, you do not have to tackle it alone and I’d be happy to help!

I use an integrative, strength-based approach in therapy to help with increasing self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and relational concerns.

Sometimes even the strongest family unit may need support and guidance in dealing with unexpected circumstances and that is completely okay! We were never intended to overcome life's challenges alone. It is in my highest priority to help you explore issues that are standing in the way of living life more fully by providing a safe, judgement free environment.
