My approach is grounded in creating a safe, judgment-free space where we can slow down, build trust, and explore what truly matters to you. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, identify what's getting in the way, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic.

 

I believe growth begins when we stop avoiding and start turning inward  with compassion and curiosity. That journey can be uncomfortable at times, but I’ve seen (and felt!) the transformation that can come from doing this work. It can shift how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

 

I work with teens, adults, and couples, and am passionate about providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and the unique challenges and strengths that can come with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence.

 

My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). For couples, I have completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method.
