All my life I have felt drawn to those who needed a helping hand and some positivity in their lives. I like to think of myself as a change agent to help bring out the potential in those I have the privilege of meeting. My style is warm, engaged, direct, and relational. I offer an empathic, safe, and positive environment where you are free to express all emotions. Allowing yourself the opportunity to process and move past things that may be making you feel stuck is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
I utilize CBT therapy to help you work on ruminating thoughts that you just can't seem to control. I teach you skills to challenge these thoughts and take the power back from emotions like anxiety and depression. Have you experienced any trauma?
