The search for a therapist can bring a mixture of emotions. If you've found your way here you may be experiencing a difficult season in life, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, or simply looking for a place where you can slow down and explore what’s been feeling heavy.
I will create a safe and warm space so I’m best able to understand where you currently are in life and where you hope to be. Together, we will explore strategies to overcome barriers while building self-confidence and allowing grace. My approach is integrative, and I feel strongly that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Whatever your needs and goals may be, we’ll incorporate practical tools and always move forward with flexibility.
I’ve completed training in both Maternal Mental Health and the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® and I’m passionate about working with individuals 18 and older who are ready to reconnect with themselves and feel more fulfilled. Examples of presenting issues include but are not limited to: changes in roles and expectations, pivoting from college to adulthood, juggling personal and professional responsibilities, or navigating life obstacles while managing realistic expectations and healthy boundaries.
