Lindsay Yepsen MEd LCMHC

Welcome! The search for a therapist can bring a mixture of emotions. You may feel overwhelmed and nervous not knowing what to expect, or you may feel eager to begin. Either way, I'm glad you're here. I work with individuals 18 and older who may be struggling with life transitions, anxious thought patterns, or self-criticism. Examples of presenting issues include but are not limited to: struggles to manage a work/life balance, changes in roles and expectations, pivoting from college to adulthood, or navigating life obstacles while managing realistic expectations and healthy boundaries.

As your therapist, I will provide a safe and warm space so I am best able to understand where you currently are in life and where you hope to be. Together, we will explore strategies to overcome barriers while you give yourself grace, build coping skills, and develop agency. We are all human and want to feel supported. Supporting one another is key to living a healthy and fulfilling life. Drawing from a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I hope to work together to meet your individual goals.

In addition to my credentials, I’ve completed training in both Maternal Mental Health and the Community Resiliency Model. I offer telehealth and in-person visits, as well as walk-and-talk sessions that provide the added benefits of increased physical activity, enhanced mood, and mobility.
