There are times in life when our struggles seem unbearable and overwhelming to deal with on our own. Therapy can be a wonderful resource to help unpack those heavy emotions and navigate the difficult times. As a trained therapist, I am here to guide and support you through those difficult times. My goal is to help you gain insight and a new perspective to your current circumstances, as well as help build effective coping skills.
I believe every client is unique and should be approached on an individual basis. I offer an eclectic approach to ensure I address individual needs, since one theory does not fit all. I utilize multiple tools from different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, person-centered, and the gottman method. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to become the best version of themselves.
Currently, I work with young adults, adults, and couples. My experience includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, grief, trauma, OCD, self-esteem, women's issues, and life transitions/stress.
